My husband needed to head out on a last-minute on a business trip, and I knew I'd be pinched for time after work and shuffling my teens to Sports. I had a 2 lb. tenderloin in the fridge and a pouch of garlicky carnitas. Tossed it all in a small roaster and left a note for my son to turn on the oven 3 hours before I was due to get home. My son (16 years old) started the oven and the meat cooked perfectly. It was so good, both kids asked for it again...and it's in the oven right now! I serve it with a Chipotle copycat of Cilantro Lime Rice, Chips and home made pico de gallo. Yum. Yum. Yum.

This was remarkably good, and the meat came out just perfect. The whole family loved it. Not too spicy, but full of good flavor.

This sauce turned an ordinary Pork Picnic Roast into an AMAZING meal for my family. We are a Gluten Free/Celiac household and we are so thrilled to find a quick, easy and delicious meal. Picky 2, 4 and 7 year old kids loved it! We served it with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Next time we will try it as pulled pork for tacos!

This made an absolutely fabulous carnitas that I would serve to company. My family went crazy for the meat. I typically steer clear of commercial sauces, but so far, all of the Frontera sauces have been superb. I hope they make their way into all the major supermarkets.
