Raspberry Habanero Jam
with Prelude Raspberries
We’ve been using raspberries from Mick Klug’s farm practically since we opened Frontera Grill. It’s proven a great partnership. Just like the one between their berries and that oh-so-tropical chile called habanero. Bushel & Peck’s kitchens simmer the two into a jam we love spread on grilled bread, dolloped into steel-cut oatmeal or glazed over ribs.
