Baja California delights us with an adventurous spirit and an abundance of flavors. Extracted from the fine Spanish olive varietals, Mission and Nevadillo, this fruity oil has a silky golden-green texture, captivating aroma and peppery finish. We use it in our restaurants in salad dressings, sauces and as a finishing flavor for roast poultry, grilled fish and veggie tacos.
