Al Pastor Marinade

FOR PORK with chipotle and pineapple

We eat our fill of tacos al pastor whenever we see charcoal rotisseries of chile-spiked pork and fresh pineapple. At home, we season pork tenderloin with this zesty marinade, then sear it on a hot grill.

Made these al pastor tacos last night and they were to die for!! It was probably my favorite Mexican food I've ever made. The marinade is so delicious and has so much depth of flavor.

I usually am scared to cook pork roasts as I'm just not familiar with cooking times and tried this with the pineapple and WOW, what a surprise new flavor profile to add to my family's LOVE of Tacos! These were so good and this packet makes it so simple!
This had a funny bright color when I was marinating it which made me nervous but in the end, Ahhhh, I was the hero with these and they just cook up in a pan if you need to! Yum! Time to order more!
