A trio of highly-seasoned, mini sandwiches will headline our annual football gathering on Feb 5th. That way we can graze and not miss a minute of the action.

We’ll make several condiments to make the sandwiches special: Black bean spread, chipotle mustard and crunchy slaw and pickled onions. All of these components, as well as the proteins, can be made in advance. Enlist a helper or two to assemble the sandwiches shortly before the game starts.

Offer guests our spicy, smoky version of a Michelada—complete with a chipotle and salt rimmed glass. Set out plenty of guacamole and a hearty bean and cheese dip. 

For dessert, a tray of our super-chunky Mexican chocolate and pecan cookies will please all the fans.
