Welcome back everyone to Mexico One Plate at a Time: Behind-the-Scenes. This year we are headed to Mexico to discover and reveal the wonderfully rich traditional culture and food of Oaxaca, and you may be surprised to find out just how much the chef scene has grown here.
However, our plans to head to Huatulco to start our adventure are put on hold for the moment, as we discover that not everything always goes as planned.
