Chef Rick Bayless and Frontera Foods were delighted to participate once again in the Chicago Gourmet food festival in Chicago’s Millennium Park. The weather was a challenge this year but the event was a blast with swarms of savvy locals enjoying amazing wine and food tastings and cooking demos from top local chefs. Rick and the FF team manned a colorful booth serving Key Lime Shrimp Tacos (made with Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce) and Roasted Tomatillo Guacamole (made your way with a full complement of toppings). Good times!
