Makes about 8 tacos, serving 3 to 4

  • 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 fresh poblano or Anaheim chile, halved, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound peeled, deveined medium-size raw shrimp
  • 1 pouch (8 ounces) Frontera Key Lime Taco Skillet Sauce for shirmp
  • Warm tortillas
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  1. Saute Onion & Chile: Heat 1 Tbs. oil in nonstick 10- or 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add onion and chile. Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender, about 4 minutes. Remove to a plate
  2. Brown Shrimp: Add 1 Tbs. oil to skillet. Add shrimp; cook and stir over high heat until opaque, 2 to 4 min.
  3. Combine & Heat: Stir Sauce and onion mixture into skillet; heat through, about 1 minute. Serve in warm tortillas with chopped cilantro
