Serves 2-4 as appetizer

  • 2oz smoked salmon, diced
  • 2-3 avocados
  • 2 tbs. capers
  • ¼ cup diced red onion, chopped and rinsed
  • Frontera Original Guacamole Mix
  • chopped cilantro for garnish


  1. Cut each avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh from each half. Mash the avocado with a potato masher or fork.
  2. Stir in Guacamole Mix, smoked salmon, capers, red onion and salt to taste. Sprinkle with cilantro.
