Makes 6 appetizer servings
1. Brush baguette slices generously on both sides with olive oil. Grill on a grill pan or in skillet over medium heat, pressing lightly. Turn and toast the other side. 2. In a bowl, mix goat cheese or cream cheese with 1/2 cup warm salsa. While the bread is still warm, top with the cheese mixture, then a spoonful of remaining warm salsa. Sprinkle with cilantro and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm. |
