Makes about 3 cups

  • 1 carton (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons Frontera Chipotle Hot Sauce, to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Assorted raw vegetables for serving
  1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let flavors blend.
  2. Serve with raw vegetables.
