Makes about 3 cups
- 1 carton (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
- 2 to 4 tablespoons Frontera Chipotle Hot Sauce, to taste
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Assorted raw vegetables for serving
- Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let flavors blend.
- Serve with raw vegetables.
