1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss the ribs in olive oil with salt and pepper in a large bowl until well coated. 2. Arrange the ribs in a single uncrowded layer on foil-lined baking sheets. Bake, turning ribs occasionally, until golden and tender, about 1 hour. 3. Brush ribs generously on all sides with the Frontera Sauce. Return to oven and bake until glazed, about 15 minutes. Serve hot sprinkled with cilantro. |
