Makes 8 appetizer servings

  • 2 pounds pork baby back ribs, cut apart into individual ribs
  • 2 TB olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Frontera Barbecue Sauce, such as Sweet and Smoky
    Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss the ribs in olive oil with salt and pepper in a large bowl until well coated.

2. Arrange the ribs in a single uncrowded layer on foil-lined baking sheets. Bake, turning ribs occasionally, until golden and tender, about 1 hour.

3. Brush ribs generously on all sides with the Frontera Sauce. Return to oven and bake until glazed, about 15 minutes. Serve hot sprinkled with cilantro.
