Makes about 2 cups
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon Frontera Chipotle Hot Sauce or ½ teaspoon pureed chipotles in adobo
- ¼ head green cabbage (about 6 ounces), very thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled, cut into fine slivers (2-inch x 1/8-inch)
- Salt to taste
- Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, mustard and hot sauce in large bowl until smooth. Stir in cabbage, carrots and salt. Refrigerate covered 1 hour or up to 1 day.
