Makes about 8 cups
- ½ head green cabbage, cored, shredded, about 6 cups
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 of a small red or white onion, finely chopped, rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Frontera Red Pepper Sesame BBQ & Grilling Sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate 30 minutes or more to allow flavors to blend.
