Makes about ½ cup
 
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon pureed canned chipotle chiles en adobo
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  1. Beat butter in small bowl until smooth. Stir in chipotle puree, honey and salt until mixture is uniform.
  2. Scoop into a small serving dish. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Serve at room temperature for easy spreading.
