Makes about 1 ½ cups
- 1 cup Frontera Tomatillo Salsa
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 small avocado, halved, pitted
- Salt to taste
- Fresh lime juice to taste
- 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- Put salsa, mayonnaise and avocado pulp into a blender. Blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and lime juice. Stir in cilantro.
