Serves 4
Marinate pork or chicken in ¼ cup lime juice mixed with ½ teaspoon salt for 1 hour. Marinate onion in remaining ¼ cup lime juice and ½ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Grill pork just until juices run clear. Serve with salsa and pickled red onions. |

Huge fan of the show, recipes and even the restaurant. However, seeing a Frontera salsa as the main ingredient in a lot of these recipes is getting annoying. Don't be greedy.
