Reheating Corn Tortillas | Print |



Drizzle a clean kitchen towel with 3 tablespoons water and wring the towel to distribute the water evenly. Use the towel to line a microwave-safe covered casserole dish (8 or 9 inches in diameter). Place 12 corn tortillas (separated if they are stuck together) in the center of the towel and fold the towel over to completely cover the tortillas. Place the casserole lid in place. Microwave on medium (50 percent power) for 4 minutes.


Let stand 2 or 3 minutes with the lid on before serving.
