Serves 6

1 ½ cups citrus-flavored sorbet (we like Ciao Bella Lemon Zest Sorbet), slightly softened
3 12-oz bottles Bohemia Beer, well chilled

Combine sorbet and beer in a large pitcher. Stir well to completely melt the sorbet into the beer.
Divide between 6 wine glasses and serve immediately.

Bohemia is always my first request when dining. I've got to try this float as it sounds great.
