- 6 small scoops premium caramel ice cream, such as salted caramel ice cream
- 4 tablespoons chocolate sauce, warmed
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) Negra Modelo beer, chilled
- Bittersweet chocolate shavings
- Put 3 small scoops ice cream into each of 2 stemmed glasses.
- Drizzle each with half of the warmed chocolate sauce.
- Add ½ bottle of beer to each glass.
- Sprinkle foam with chocolate shavings.
- Serve immediately.
